JAMMU, Nov 24: Talab Tillo police arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest for the past 11 years.
As per police sources, based on reliable information, a team from Talab Tillo police post conducted raid and nabbed an absconder, who was at large since 2005.
The accused has been identified as Sushil Kumar, son of Krishan Lal, a resident of Barnai Bantalab.
He was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 160/01 with police station Nowabad. Arrest warrant under Section 512 CrPC was also stands issued against the accused by Sub Registrar Court Jammu.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
Police team led by Incharge Talab Tillo police post SI Rahul Mahajan made the arrest under the supervision of SHO Nowabad Inspector Raghubir Singh, SDPO West Nikhil Rasgotra and SP City Dr Vinod Kumar.
