SAMBA, Nov 7: Minister of Industries and Commerce, Chander Parkash Ganga today distributed relief cheques among the Pak shelling victims in villages of Ranjar, Jarled and Govindgarh.
The Minister distributed relief cheques amounting to Rs 10,000 each among the next kin of dead. He also gave relief cheques of the same amount to injured. The Minister said the ex-gratia cheques of Rs five lakh in favour of next kin of deceased will be distributed as the file has been cleared by the concerned department in Civil Secretariat. He assured the families that Government will take all steps for their welfare.
Earlier Jugal Kishore Sharma MP along with Chnader Parkash Ganga,Ashwani Sharma Ex-MLA Bishnah inaugurated two high mast lights from MPLAD Scheme near Sant Rasila Dass Ji Ashram at Sarore.
Jugal Kishore Sharma paid homage at Babaji’s Ashram and prayed for the betterment of the whole Community. He also interacted with the people and asked them to remain united for the upliftment of the whole society.
Sharma said that these high mast lights will provide benefit to the whole people and they have not to face problems anymore due to the darkness. He also added that the electrification would not only benefit to the pilgrims but people of the village Sarore and adjoining areas will get benefited through these high mast lights.
He also listened to the problems of the sarpanches,Panches and prominent persons from the adjoining villages and assured them that he would also visit their villages to sort out their problems at the earnest.
Chandar Parkash Ganga said that the followers of Sant Rasila Dass Ji are working for the upliftment of the society and a large number of people from Jammu and other States pray under one roof.
