Srinagar, Nov 2: High Court has directed the Government to implement the order on appointment of Principal GMC Srinagar.
Court had passed judgment in March this year directing the State Government to fill up the post of Principal GMC, Srinagar on regular basis in accordance with the rules.
The Division Bench of the High Court comprising Justice MH Attar and Justice A M Magray has directed the Government: “The Judgment shall be implemented before next date. List in the week commencing from November 21, 2016.”
As per the testimony of documents placed before the court by Dr. Javed Choudhry about the seniority position in which he figures at Serial No. 2 while as his rival (Dr. Kaisar)who is presently holding the post of Principal GMC on temporary basis, holds the position of seniority at serial No. 3 while as the candidate holding the position at serial No. 1 has already resigned from the post of Principal GMC.
