NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court today dismissed a review petition by the BCCI in connection with its verdict to implement the recommendations of the Justice R M Lodha panel.
A bench of Chief Justice T S Thakur and Justice A S Bobde declined to review its July 18 verdict.
On July 18, the Apex Court had accepted the recommendations made by the Justice Lodha panel for a wide range of suggestions for Indian cricket’s highest body, including a bar on ministers and civil servants and those above 70 from becoming its members; one state one vote; cooling off period.
