UDHAMPUR, Oct 16: The six day long ‘All India Painters Camp ‘which was organised by Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Arts, Culture and Languages was inaugurated today by the Secretary, J&K Academy of Arts, Culture and Languages Aziz Hajini at Patnitop.
As many as 12 participants from within and outside the State participated in the event. The participants who participated in the competition were Aftab Ahmed from Srinagar, Mangae Ram from Delhi, Ramesh Bhonsle from Pune, Surjeet Akhre from Punjab, Dr Ashok Dixit from Delhi, Asif Iqbal Khan from Srinagar, O P Sharma from Jammu, Shahida Malik, K K Gandhi, Kunzas Zangmo, Vinay Khajuria and Malti Sharma from Jammu.
Chief Editor Urdu, M A Tak conducted the proceedings of the programme.
Among others, in-charge Camp Irshad Hussain Assistant Exhibition Officer and a large number of people were present on the occasion.
