JAMMU, Oct 1: As part of continuous anti-encroachment drive, a team of forest officials of Kishtwar Forest Division led by Range Officer Padder removed encroachment over 160 kanals of forest land in compartment 16-A Paddar near village Chagg-Gandhari Padder.
The entire operation was carried under the supervision of Conservator of Forests, Chenab Circle, Doda and Divisional Forest Officer, Kishtwar, Sunil Singh.
Under anti-encroachment drive, encroachment over 2138 kanals of forest land has so far been evicted and retrieved back in Kishtwar Forest Division.
