BJP totally surrendered before PDP: Manohar

KATHUA,  Aug 29:  Former MLA from Billawar and senior Congress leader Dr Manohar Lal Sharma has alleged that BJP has totally surrendered before the PDP for the lust of power.
Addressing  public meetings at Tilla, Thara Kalyal, Ramkote, Galak and Makwal in Billawar area, Dr Sharma strongly lamented the BJP for its lust of power and greed for which BJP  sold  out the interest of Jammu province and solely committed to follow and  the anti- national agenda of PDP. He alleged that DyCM Dr Nirmal Singh is behaving like a puppet of the Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti.  The various issues raised by the people of Jammu time to time remained unattended  such as  withdrawal of  Vat  enhanced on the Heli tickets for Vaishnodevi pilgrims, full fledge AIIMS for Jammu,  non- functioning of Medical Collage at Kathua and Doda and closure of large number of Primary and Middle schools in Jammu province.
Dr Sharma said that BJP always tried to suppress the genuine demands of  the people of Jammu province and gave false and hollow slogans to confuse the general masses over their failures.  Dr Sharma said that at present the scenario of  power and drinking water is so grim that the people are forced to live without electricity and potable water during these  scorching hot summer days.
Congress leader further criticized the Government on the condition of schools and shortage of staff.   He also referred to some schools which are facing shortage of staff.  He   expressed strong resentment against  BJP leaders who only believe in the hollow slogans and false propaganda and hardly deliver  anything on the ground.
