Turmoil in Kashmir

Sir,
The valley of Kashmir has been suffering very badly and many young men have lost their lives including men women and children, ever since killing of dreaded militant Burhan  Wani by security forces. This is not the first time that Kashmir has been in turmoil but more or less always since the time when Pakistan was carved out of Indian union as an independent country.
Pakistan has been raking up Kashmir issue which stands solved since Shimla agreement. So many elections have taken place in J&K with active participation of the people of Kashmir who have chosen elected Governments but Pakistan still hankers after Kashmir and does not seek negotiations at any level for maintaining peace and prosperity in both the countries. Pakistan is hell bent upon to disturb the peace in India and Kashmir. It is because of the democratic principles, so dear to India, that she has always offered hand of friendship to Pakistan but Pakistan authorities show least concern towards it and give rise to terrorism in India and Kashmir. At this crucial stage  the political parties, keeping aside their political agenda should join their hands together to keep off Pakistan from her nefarious activities and put J&K State especially Kashmir valley on the path of peace progress and prosperity. A big role has  to be played by civil society in Kashmir in this behalf because after all we belong to  a state.
Yours etc…..
