JAMMU, June 30: Romesh Kumar Giri, Under Secretary to the Government, Transport Department has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary to the Government, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Department CAPD).
An order in this effect was issued by General Administ-rative Department (GAD) today.
