SRINAGAR: The State Legislative Assembly speaker Kavinder Gupta again has directed officials not to allow water bottles or any kind of fluids in the House.
The Chair had passed similar direction earlier also when he directed media not to use mobile phones when the House proceedings areon.
Mr Gupta once again called for ensuring that necessary measures should be taken, so that water bottles or any kind of fluids are not allowed in the House.
This instruction was given by the Speaker during discussion on grants for Health and Medical Education. (AGENCIES)
