RAJOURI, May 29: A Karyana shop was gutted in a major fire incident at village Nerojal in Thannamandi area last mid-night.
A police spokesman said that Karyana shop of one Shafi Ahmed, resident of Nerojal village suddenly caught fire. The neighbours came to know about the incident and they rushed to control the fire. A fire tender from Rajouri also reached there after some time. The fire was controlled but entire shop was damaged in the fire incident. Short circuit was said to be the reason behind the incident. Loss of property was being assessed.
