JAMMU, May 27: Janipur police arrested a fraudster for forging the registration certificate.
As per police sources, a car owned by Shabir Ahmed, son of Ahsan, a resident of district Pulwama, Kashmir was seized under Section 550 CrPC by the police.
The owner tried to get the vehicle released from the Court on forged Registration Certificate (RC), but it got detected and the person was arrested by the police.
A case under FIR Number 42/16 under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 and 193 RPC has been registered against the fraudster and investigation started.
