MENDHAR, May 27: A clerk, incharge nutrition of the ICDS Project Mendhar was today removed on the directions of Deputy Commissioner Poonch, M H Malik.
Official sources said that clerk, Mushtaq Ahmed was attached with the district office at Poonch after his alleged involvement in the seizure of 75 quintal of sub-standard Dalia from the ICDS store at Mendhar in January this year. He was recently again placed as incharge Nutrition at Mendhar Project by the Project Officer Poonch, Manzoor Choudhary and CDPO, Parveen Choudhary.
DC Poonch, Mr Malik taking serious note of the issue and on the basis of public complaints, removed the tainted clerk and shifted him to Balakote block office of the ICDS.
