JAMMU, May 25: With a focus for providing lucrative job offers and internships to the students, Campus Placement Drives for the students of current batch of Global Institutes, Amritsar are going on with full zeal and zest.
Renowned and leading multinational companies like KPIT Technologies, Capital Via, Smart School Education (P) Ltd., EClerx Services Limited, Khanna Paper Mills Limited, Llyods Ventures, Neosoft Technologies, Think and Learn, IDS Infotech, Deftsoft Informatics, Edios, Eastman Cast and Forge Limited and Shri Ram Pannels have already visited in the current session so far and offered lucrative job offers to the students of various branches.
“The barometer for an institute stands with the quality and quantity of placements that it can produce for its students. Multinational companies from all over the world are scouting for talent from smaller towns and cities”, said Dr Akashdeep Singh, Vice Chairman of Global Institutes expressed his views after the selection of nearly 120 students from colleges under the Global Institutes in fields of Technology, Management and Computer Applications besides others.

Chairman GIA Dr BS Chandi stated that the selected students were offered salary ranging between Rs 1.8 to Rs 6 Lakh per annum.
