JAMMU, May 24: Mohammad Yaseen Baqal, Under Secretary, Social Welfare Department, has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary, Department of Forest, Environment and Ecology.
Further, Fahmeeda Jan, Under Secretary, awaiting orders of posting in the GAD, has been posted as Under Secretary, Social Welfare Department.
The transfer and postings have been ordered today by the State Government with immediate effect.
