They expressed concern over the conduct of these MLAs who have been voted to power by all of us irrespective of caste, colour and creed and now their approach has become partisan as is evident from the fact that they are trying to bring amendments to overrule the justice delivered by Judicial system after thorough scrutiny of rules and merits of case in vogue.
They stated that alter 11 years of relentless, struggle, High Court quashed the Reservation in Promotion Rules and held it unconstitutional.
Joint Action Committee (JAC) warns the political parties and their MLAs to refrain from playing vote bank politics and act on the sacred oath of constitution which they (MLAs) had taken, they said, adding that step of the political parties to muzzle the voice of the general category and undermining the judicial verdict will be suicidal and all such MLAs will be thrown out of power and a new political alternative will be given to general category people.
