JAMMU, May 23: Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Ghulam Nabi Azad said that resurfacing of militancy in Kashmir and particularly in Srinagar city is a matter of great concern. He further expressed his deep anguish on the unfortunate killing of three police cops including one ASI of Jammu & Kashmir Police.
Azad cautioned the people of State to be vigilant of the nefarious designs of vested interests, who want to disturb the peace and harmony during this tourism season for obvious reasons.
Azad expressed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family of the martyred policemen. “My heart bleeds for such innocent killings. May their souls rest in peace”, he said.
