Art Gallery opened at Jammu Airport

Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, May 21: “Art Sansar Gallery” for visual art was thrown open in the premises of Jammu Airport for public by Master Sansar Chand Baru Charitable Memorial Trust (MSCBCMT). In the Art Gallery, paintings of the artists like Rohit Verma, Akram Khan, Sahil Ohri, Jatinder Kour, Javed Iqbal, RS Shakya, Ashish Khushwaha, Anu Arora and Dyan Passik, have been put on display for sale. It is pertinent to mention here that in “Art Sansar Gallery” gives space to the works of contemporary artists as well as new artists from time to time. While speaking on the occasion, Anuradha Rishi, president, MSCBCMT, disclosed that this new space for display of art works is indeed an ample platform for J&K artists to avail the opportunity to exhibit their works for sale, where viewers across the world can have a look at the art scene of artists from J&K and outside.
