Dharmarth Trust takes stock of arrangements at Kheer Bhawani

JAMMU, May 21: After assuming the charge as the president of J&K Dharmarth Trust former Minister, B R Kundal recently visited Tulmulla, the abode of Mata Kheer Bhawani and took stock of the arrangements being made for the devotees during the forthcoming Mela on the eve of Jaishth Ashtami. B R Kundal accompanied by a team of the Trust discussed the   facilities to be provided to the devotees for smooth Mela. While interacting with the Staff, Kundal directed them to ensure that appropriate arrangements are put in place for the smooth conduct of upcoming Kheer Bhawani Mela, so that the devotees do not face any inconvenience. Thousands of devotees from within and outside the State come to join the festival and seek the blessings of Mata Kheer Bhawani.
Later B R Kundal along with the team went to Mata Jawala Ji Temple Khrew Kashmir where they took stock of the construction work. It may be recalled that this revered temple had gutted in a fire incident. Dharmarth Trust, along with Jawala Ji Reconstruction Committee, had started the reconstruction work which has been completed now. The team was informed that the construction work has been completed and the final touches will be completed before the ensuing Jwala Ji Mela. The team went round the temple complex to oversee the construction work.
Mr Kundal also visited Shree Shankracharaya Temple Srinagar which is under the management of J&K Dharmarth Trust offered pooja and latter on interacted with the devotees and also had meeting with the Trust staff . He directed the staff to ensure proper facilities are provided. He also visited Ram Mandir Barbar Shah and directed the Additional Secretary to immediately prepare the estimate so that renovation can be carried out to this Temple.
