JAMMU, Apr 17: A leader of Hindustan Shiv Sena (HSS) has been booked in assault and domestic violence case by Nagrota police.
As per police sources, HSS leader identified as Subash Prashar has been booked in assault and domestic violence case after his family members including elder brother Kashmiri Lal, sister-in-law Vimla Devi, nephew and daughter-in-law lodged a complaint with police station Nagrota.
In the complaint, the complainant stated that Subash has created huge trouble in the family and has resorted to domestic violence and always threatened them to shoot. Not only this, he (Subash) is misusing the letter pad of esteemed organisation Hindustan Shiv Sena (HSS) for blackmailing purpose.
A case under FIR number 91/16 under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 506 RPC has been registered in Nagrota police station and manhunt has been launched to nab the HSS leader.
