JAMMU, Apr 17: Higher Secondary School Atholi has totally become defunct due to lack of infrastructure, lecturers, accommodation and other basic needs for proper running of the school.
This was stated by Shakti Chauhan, Chairman of PSWA in a statement wherein he has mentioned that there were 900+ students in High Secondary school but their accommodation is not sufficient and even no proper library facilities or laboratory equipment was in place.
So in this regard the PSWA has urged upon the Government to take stem action against the non-performing teachers and provide required staff in the school.
The association warned for dire consequences if their demands regarding shortcomings were not conceded.
