JAMMU, Apr 15: On the occasion of Ramnavmi, Mata Baderkali Asthapan Committee organized an Annual ‘Bhandara’ of Mata Baderkali at Swami Anand Ji Ashram, Purkhoo Camp, here today.
The Bhandara was scheduled to be performed at Wadipora in Handwara, but due to unfavourable conditions it was shifted to Jammu.
Thousands of devotees attended the ‘Bhandara’ to have darshan and seek blessings of the Mata.
The devotees felt ecstatic to have darshan of original ‘murti’ of Mata Baderkali on the occasion.
Religious ‘bhajans’ and ‘kirtans’ were presented on the occasion which brought blissful feeling among the participants.
Prominent among others the ‘Bhandara’ was attended by Member Legislative Assembly (MLC), Surinder Ambardar and Swami Kumar Ji from Geeta Satsang Ashram, Muthi, Jammu.
