JAMMU, Apr 8: A deputation of All J&K ReT Teachers Forum, led by State president Vinod Sharma, today called on MoS Education Priya Sethi at her residence and apprised her about the burning issues of ReT fraternity.
While interacting with the Minister, Vinod Sharma also put forth a memorandum of demands and issues of ReT cadre.
These demands include; regularization of Distance Mode Degree holders of UGC recognized universities at the earliest as they have completed 5years service satisfactorily, release the 3-4 months SSA salary and pay arrears of SSA teachers as they are suffering badly, initiation of regularization process of KGBV teachers who are waiting for the same for last more than two years, provision of Transfer policy for regularized ReTs as per High Court order and provision of SRO-43 in favour of ReTs.
Priya Sethi patiently listened to the grievances and assured to redress them at the earliest.
The deputation comprised of Sukhdev Singh Sumbria, Rajesh Jamwal, Sham Sharma, Lekh Raj Parihar, Subash Chander, Parmod Sharma and others.
