DODA, Mar 11: Police fished out body of a missing male from river Chenab near Pul Doda here.
As per police sources, passerby noticed a body floating in the river Chenab near Pul Doda and informed the police.
After getting information, police team rushed to the spot and divers were pressed into service to fish out the body. The deceased identified as Rumal Singh, a resident of Jodhpur, was missing since January 14 this year.
The body was retrieved and shifted to District Hospital, where after conducting autopsy, it was handed over to family members for last rites.
Doda police has taken cognizance in this regard.
