Srinagar, Mar 3: Four persons were injured in different road accidents in Valley.
A police spokesman said a passenger Auto bearing registration number JK03B-0259 driven by Muneeb Ahmad Lone hit and injured a girl namely Sahiba Jan at Behibagh in Kulgam district. “The injured was shifted to Public Health Center Behibagh for treatment. Police have registered a case in this regard,” he said.
The spokesman said an Alto 800 car driven by Mohammad Lateef Khan hit and injured a lady namely Sakeena at Khanpora in Khag area of Budgam district. ‘The injured was shifted to SMHS Hospital, Srinagar for treatment.
The spokesman said a van bearing registration number JK01 AA-7577 hit and injured a lady namely Mukhti Begum in Handwara area of Kupwara district. “The injured was shifted to District Hospital Handwara for treatment,” he said, adding that a case has been registered in this regard.
The spokesman said a Maruti car bearing registration number JK09A-1689 driven by Manzoor Ahmad Lone skidded off the road at Helpal near TRC in Kupwara district, resulting in injuries to the driver. “The injured was shifted to District Hospital Kupwara for treatment,” he said, adding a case has been registered in this regard.
