JAMMU, Feb 8: All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) in its meting here today held under the chairmanship of its president Abdul Majid Malik fully endorsed the imposition of Governor’s rule in the State saying that the political parties have made mockery of democratic system in the State by ignoring the plight of common masses.
The meeting said that it is a pity that during 26 years the State OBCs have been deprived of justice and no Government over these years tried to implement the Mandal Commission recommendations.
The meeting said that the appointment of the Parvez Dewan and Khurshid Ahmed Ganai as advisors by Governor is an indication that Governor rule should prevail in the State and the common people are fully supporting the same as they are fed up with the false promises made by political parties.
The meeting said earlier NC -Congress and now PDP-BJP cheated the OBCs and other weaker sections of the society and now the people have lost their faith in these parties.
