JAMMU, Feb 3: Government ordered posting of Gowhar Hussain Mir, Incharge Joint Director Prosecution, who was awaiting orders of adjustment in the Police Headquarters (PHQ), as Incharge Joint Director Prosecution, PHQ.
The order in this regard has been issued by RK Goyal, Principal Secretary, Home Department.
The sanction has also been accorded to the transfer of the post of Joint Direction Prosecution ZPHQ Kashmir to PHQ for purpose of drawal of salary of Gowhar Hussain Mir, till such time, he remains posted in PHQ.
