Shiv Sena pays tributes to Bala Sahib Thackery

JAMMU, Jan 23: The State unit of Shiv Sena today paid floral tributes to former party president, Bala Sahib Thackery, on his 90th birth anniversary.
Thousands of activists of Shiv Sena (Bala Sahib Thackery Ji) today gathered at party headquarters at Indira Chowk and paid tributes to Bala Sahib Thackery Ji. The programme was organized under the leadership of State president, Dimpy Kohli.
Kohli along with other party leaders like GI Singh, Sandeep Bhagat, Raj Singh, Raj Kumar Raja and Satiah Sahni distributed blankets, fruit and sweets among the poor and needy.
While speaking on the occasion, Dimpy Kohli recalled the life time achievements of the veteran leader and made an appeal to party workers to follow the path as shown by him.
He said during his life, Bala Sahib opposed Pak sponsored terrorism and openly supported Hindu culture in the country for which his name is written in the history in the golden words. He said that now million of people are joining Shiv Sena and are following the path shown by Bala Sahib.
