JAMMU, Dec 13: S S Anand Lehar, a prominent Urdu writer and Sr Advocate, has translated and compiled the Constitution of J&K in Urdu, official language of the State.
The Urdu translation of J&K Constitution is being published by J&K Law House with messages of Justice M Y Mir, Justice M H Attar, P S Dutta, Sr Advocate, Dr Shohab Inayat Malik, HoD Urdu Department in Jammu University and others.
Mr Lehar has written 13 books in Urdu and has been awarded by different music and literary organizations and Academies of the country. A student of Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, Mr Lehar has done Ph D on his literary work titled ‘Anand Lehar Fun-O-Shaksiyat’. Three students of Jammu University and one student of Choudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, have done M Phil on his literary works.
