BASHOLI, Dec 6: Anil Padha was today elected as president of Beopar Mandal, Basohli.
He defeated his nearest rival, Ved Parkash Fanda by 40 votes. Fanda got 120 votes in total. The election was conducted in presence of Prem Sagar Aziz, former MLA.
