Make all link roads pliable: Ashok Sharma

RAJOURI, Sept 12: Former Legislator and Senior Congress leader Ashok Sharma held monthly meeting of party workers at Kalakote.
In the meeting, Sharma urged upon the State and Union Governments to start double lanning of Siot-Kalakote road, sanctioning of Siot-Rajouri via Kalakote bye pass National Highway, handing over of Siot to Kotrenka via Moghla-Khawas road to BRO (GREF) and make all the link roads pliable.
In the meeting, the issues of Argi to Charrah via Salyote, Argi Narsingpura, Tatapani-Jattamalian, Soulki to Balli roads was also discussed.
In the meeting, it was decided that on September 19, a delegation of the party will meet Chief Education Officer and District Development Commissioner Rajouri, whereas, the protest dharans will be organized in the front of the offices of Assistant Commissioner Development and Superintending Engineer, R&B at Rajouri in connection with the improvement of road conditions and other welfare programmes in the Rajouri District specially in Kalakote constituency.
Among others present were MY Mughal, SR Khajuria, Shabir Hussain, Kashmir Singh, Ram Parkash, Mohammad Razzaq, Balwan Kumar, Hem Raj, Nirmal Singh, Gulshan Kumar, etc.
