JAMMU, Aug 19: Dharmarth Trust Employees Association today held general body meeting under the chairmanship of its president Rajinder Shastri, in which large number of employees from different units of the trust participated.
While speaking, Rajinder Shastri urged the employees to remain united to get their legitimate demands fulfilled.
Highlighting the demands, Shastri demanded pay scale at par with Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board (SMVDSB), contribution of Employee’s Provident Fund (EPF) as per EPF rules and depositing of EPF amount with EPF Department, removal of anomalies in pay scale, release of DA installment and formation of promotion policy and service rule.
The association members appealed the Dharmarth Trust Chairman, Trustee, president and council member to enhance the salary of the low paid employees, keeping in view the high price index.
Among others present were Karnail Chand, president, Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh, Laxman Ravinder Singh, organizing secretary, Pritam Sharma, vice president, DTEA Vijay Chandel, Harbans Choudhary, Chanderjeet Singh, etc.
