UDHAMPUR, June 21: A young house wife drowned when she was sponging her sheep at Gondah Nullah in Panchari area, here today.
The deceased was identified as Nishu Davi (23) wife of Laru of Latyar village in Panchari Block. She was reportedly sponging Sheep in the nullah along with another woman of the area. She accidentally slipped into deep water and drowned.
Later the body was fished out and shifted to PHC Panchari for postmortem and other legal formalities.
