Excelsior Correspondent RAJOURI, May 15: Two persons were killed and two others got seriously injured when the tipper they were traveling in skidded off the road and rolled down into a deep gorge near Pathan Morha in Dassal area late tonight. As per police sources, a bricks laden tipper bearing registration number JK11-2085 on its way to village Kraeya from Rajouri rolled down into gorge near Pathan Morha in Dassal area late tonight, resulting into death of two persons and injuries to two others. After getting information, police team led by SI Jehangir and locals rushed to the spot and started rescue operation. Army was also called on for the rescue operation. The bodies of the deceased persons were retrieved and shifted to District Hospital, Rajouri. Two injured persons were also rescued and shifted to DH Rajouri, where they were undergoing treatment, when reports last came in. The deceased have been identified as Sanjay Kumar, son of Puran Chand and Suresh Kumar, son of Sat Pal, both residents of village Kraeya. The injured have been identified as Sohan Lal and Neetu Kumar, both residents of village Kraeya. A case in this regard has been registered and investigation started.
