JAMMU, Apr 3: Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed today expressed grief over burying alive of seven persons inside their house in a landslide in village Diwalkund, Dessa in Doda district, following incessant rains that have lashed the State for the past several days.
In his message, the Chief Minister, while condoling the unfortunate deaths, sanctioned ex gratia relief in favour of the Next of Kin (NoK) of those who died in the landslide.
The Chief Minister expressed sympathies with the bereaved family and prayed for peace to the departed souls.
