RAJOURI, Mar 17: A 10th class girl student was killed in a road accident in the town here this morning.
A police spokesman said that 15-year-old Ghulam Asha, daughter of Salam Din, resident of Pannad village was coming to appear in 10th class exam at Rajouri today. She was riding on the bike of her maternal uncle (Mamu). As she reached near Jawahar Nagar the bike slipped and she fell down and received head injuries. She was rushed to Rajouri hospital where doctors declared her as brought dead.
The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
