Foundation stone of ‘Shri Yantra Mandal’ laid

JAMMU, Aug 2: The foundation stone of “Shri Yantra Mandal”, one of the unique temples in whole Northern India was laid by former Minister and president Lakshmi Narayan Mandir Management Trust, at Gandhi Nagar temple complex here today.
The Management Trust of the Lakshmi Narayan Temple, Gandhi Nagar is installing `Shri Yantra’ Mandal to revive the Vedic heritage so that benefits reach the masses. Shri Yantra in  Sanskrit means an instrument which can make any job easier like a machine.
According to ancient text, Lord Shiva is said to have explained the mystical meaning of the Yantras to Goddess Parvati. The systematically energized yatras give prosperity in life, business, career, ensures good health, bestows happiness and protects from various evils. These Yatnras are the diagrammatic representation of `Mantras’.
Some of the commonly known Yantras are-Maha Mritunjaya- Vaahan, Durghattan Nasshak Yantra-Kal Sarp Nivaran Yantra-Swastic, Shri Maha Lakshmi Yantra- Vaastu Disha Yantra- Nav Grah Yantra. Shri Yantra is called the king of all Yantras. This unique Yanta will be energized with 11 lakh mantras before installation. A Trust member said that idea of installation of Shri Yantra was conceived by Th Gulchain Singh and conceptuated by Rajeev Gupta, Vaastu & Spiritual Researcher from Delhi after consultation with various spiritual Gurus.A large number of people including members of the Trust were present on the occasion. They included S C Rekhi, O P Gupta, Deepak Gupta, SP Arora, Prem Sharma, Prithvi Raj Sharma, Pushav Raj, V K Abrol, Romesh Thakur, S M Sawhney and others.
