JAMMU, Feb 16: Pakistani Rangers opened firing thrice at Nawa Pind in RS Pura sector along the International Border late this evening but there was no casualties or damage on the Indian side.
Reports said the Rangers opened firing with semi automatic weapons at Nawa Pindi first at 7.05 pm and then at 7.35 pm and 7.50 pm today targeting forward border out posts of the Border Security Force (BSF).
The BSF didn’t retaliate.
“There were no casualties or damage on the Indian side in firing by the Rangers,” the reports said.
Pakistan has frequently been violating ceasefire along the International Border in RS Pura and Arnia sectors.
