JAMMU, Dec 31: Principal Sessions Judge Kathua, Vinod Chatterji Koul today rejected the pre-arrest bail application of IRP 19th Battalion cop Roshan Sharma, son of Youdhister Sharma of Kathua in rape and fraud case.
After hearing Senior Advocate Sunil Sethi with Advocate Summit Nayyar appearing for the applicant whereas Public Prosecutor BB Sharma for the State, Principal Sessions Judge rejected the pre-arrest bail application of the cop.
