PDP leaders seek vote for party candidates

JAMMU, Dec 12: People’s Democratic Party (PDP) leaders today held various meetings in Jammu and appealed the migrants to vote for Party candidates including Altaf Bukhari from Amirakadal, Rafi Ahmed Mir from Pahalgam Constituency and Javed Ahmed Mir in Wachi Constituency.
Addressing the meeting of the migrants Nana Ji Raina ex Sarpanch and PDP leader appealed migrants of Amirakadal to vote for Mr Bukhari for better future of the community and redressal of migrants problems, passage of shrines and temples Bill and implementation of PM’s package.
Later Raina along with other PDP leaders including M K Bhat (retd ) DySP, Nana Ji Wattal and Durga Nath visited door-to-door in various migrant bastis and appealed displaced people from Kokernag constituency to vote for Party candidate Abdul Rahim Rather.
Seeking vote for Rafi Ahmed Mir, PDP leader Ashok Dhar highlighted the policies and programmes of the Party saying that PDP is committed to honourable and dignified return of Pandits. O N Saproo, M K Raina, B B Raina, Anil Ji, M K Koul, M K Dhar, B N Dhar, R K Dhar, Raj Nath Kharyari, J L Moti and Sunil Dhar addressed the meeting.
S K Raina PDP Trade Union leader while seeking vote of Ajaz Ahmed Mir visited door to door and contacted the migrants from the Constituency to seek their vote. He was accompanied by Sunil Bhat, C L Madan, C L Raina, Tej Krishan and Chand Ji Khar. They appealed the people to vote for Mir.
