JAMMU, Dec 1: In the Public Interest Litigation filed by YV Sharma, Ex-President Chamber of Commerce and Advocate Baldev Singh against exorbitant air fares being charged by the different airlines, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice MM Kumar and Justice Tahsi Rabstan has granted last opportunity to the Union of India and Air India to file their respective within four weeks.
Advocate Meenakshi Salathia appeared for the PIL whereas Senior Advocate DC Raina and Advocates Inderjeet Gupta, SK Shukla, Vikas Sharma, Anil Verma and Rakesh Sharma appeared for the private respondents.
