Charak intensifies campaign in Bishnah segment

BISHNAH, Nov 21: Today former minister and senior Congress leader Gulchain Singh Charak undertook corner meetings in villages Chak Bana and Nougran which were attended by a large number of villagers Sarpanchs/Panchs local leaders and party workers.
Besides this, door to door meetings in Bishnah were conducted so as to meet the people personally to ascertain their local problems and also apprise them about the programmes and policies chalked out by him to initiate revamping of the sick administrative system with regard to carryout developmental activities in different sectors of the Bishnah constituency faster in a positive direction with transparency.
He appealed the people to vote and support him so that these programmes are implemented in true letter and spirit. He underlined that his focus will be on the welfare and development of the Bishnah constituency but common people will be taken into confidence before implementation of these policies and programmes.
Mr Charak was accompanied by local senior leaders of the Congress party besides Sarpanchs/Panchs in large numbers. Speaking in villages Chack Pana and Nougran Congress leaders including Capt (Retd) Harshvardhan Sadotra, Madan Lal Bhagat , Shamsher Singh Chib, Dr. Nand Lal Bhagat, Surjit Singh, Sarpanch, Capt (Retd) Gurbachan Singh, Prem Saini, Dr Kuldeep Singh, S. Mehar Singh and others urged the people to extend their full support to strengthen congress party so that development of the constituency can be re-generated vigorously; which has remained underdeveloped for the last couple of years.
Earlier, rousing receptions were accorded by local inhabitants to Mr Charak in the village Chak Pana, Nougran and during his door to door visits in the town. The people have extended their all out support to the congress party and expressed their full faith and confidence in the leadership of Gulchain Singh Charak.
