JAMMU, Nov 19:
Pakistan Army had repatriated a boy, who inadvertently crossed over to other side of the border, and handed it over to the Indian Army via Line of Control (LoC) in Uri Sector.
“The boy Manzar Hussain, 13, resident of Village Saria went missing from his house on November 14,” official sources here said.
They said that on getting reports that the boy accidentally crossed over to the other side of the border, Pakistan Army was approached on humanitarian grounds.
“The Army spoke to the counterparts and the boy was handed over late last night via Uri check post and, now, will be handed over to the family members,” they added. (AGENCIES)
