IDA organises oral health awareness camp

SRINAGAR, June 4: The Indian Dental Association (IDA), Srinagar Branch, today organised an oral health awareness camp at Government Girls High School, Zaindar Mohalla, Srinagar, where over 100 students were screened.
A spokesperson said that over 100 students underwent dental screening during the camp, while free toothpaste, mouthwash and other required medicines were distributed among them.
According to the spokesperson, a poster exhibition and debate competition on oral health awareness were also organised, and certificates were awarded to students securing the top positions. The students were educated about the importance of oral hygiene and its role in overall health.
