JAMMU, June 4: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has enhanced the financial powers of Administrative Departments for according technical sanction to projects by amending the delegation of financial powers under the J&K Reorganisation Act, 2019.
As per a notification issued by the Finance Department, the limit for according technical sanction has been increased from up to Rs 2 crore to up to Rs 5 crore, while projects exceeding Rs 5 crore will now fall under the higher approval category.
