JAMMU, May 20: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has framed rules for the appointment of Court Managers and regulating their service conditions.
The rules have been notified by the Chief Justice of the High Court under Article 229 of the Constitution of India and other enabling provisions, with the approval of the Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
