NEW DELHI, May 13: Knowledge Realty Trust (KRT) has raised Rs 500 crore through the issue of commercial papers on a private placement basis to meet its expansion plan.
According to a regulatory filing, the borrowing committee of Knowledge Realty Office Management Services Pvt Ltd, which is the manager to KRT, approved the allotment of 10,000 rupee-denominated commercial papers by KRT for an aggregate principal amount of Rs 500 crore only.
The commercial papers are valid for a term of 91 days from the date of allotment, which is May 12, 2026, at a discount.
The commercial papers are proposed to be listed on the wholesale debt market segment of BSE Limited.
Knowledge Realty Trust, co-sponsored by Bengaluru-based Sattva Group and Blackstone, is India’s largest REIT (real estate investment trust). Its portfolio comprises 29 premium office assets totalling 46.4 million square feet as of December 31, 2025. (PTI)
