LG Manoj Sinha Leads ‘Nasha Mukt’ Anti-Drug Rally In J&K’s Baramulla

Baramulla, May 12: Thousands of people on Monday participated in a massive “Nasha Mukt” anti-drug rally in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district, led by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha.
The rally witnessed enthusiastic participation from government officials, students, civil society members, and citizens from different walks of life, all joining hands to reaffirm their commitment towards building a drug-free society.
Participants carried placards and raised slogans highlighting the dangers of drug abuse and the need for collective efforts to eradicate the menace from society.
Addressing the gathering, the Lieutenant Governor stressed the importance of public participation, awareness campaigns, and coordinated action to combat substance abuse among youth. He urged society to work together to safeguard the future of younger generations from the growing threat of narcotics.
The rally was organised as part of the ongoing “Nasha Mukt Jammu & Kashmir” campaign aimed at spreading awareness and strengthening the fight against drug abuse across the Union Territory.(KNC)
