Bali Bhagat calls for ideologically strong cadre at party’s Prashikshan Shivir

KATRA, May 11: A two-day Prashikshan Shivir of BJP was organised at Domail near here under the guidance of senior party leadership to strengthen the organisational structure and enhance the working efficiency of party cadre.
The training camp was attended by senior BJP leader and former Health Minister, Bali Bhagat, Jammu North district president, Nand Kishore Sharma, State observer for Prashikshan Shivir Aseem Gupta, along with senior BJP leaders, district office bearers and Mandal teams from Nagrota, Jammu North and Marh Assembly constituencies.
Addressing the gathering, Bali Bhagat said that organisational training is the backbone of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and plays a crucial role in building disciplined, committed and ideologically strong workers. He said the BJP is the only political party which regularly conducts structured training programmes at every level to strengthen its cadre and improve public outreach.
Bhagat stated that Prashikshan Shivirs are aimed at equipping party workers with a deeper understanding of the BJP’s ideology, governance model, organisational discipline and public responsibilities.
“Strong organisations are built through disciplined and dedicated workers. Such training programmes help Karyakartas effectively communicate the party’s vision, policies and development agenda among the masses,” Bali Bhagat said.
He further stressed that BJP workers must remain connected with the public at the grassroots level and work with dedication for nation-building and public welfare.
“The BJP’s strength lies in its committed cadre and booth-level structure. Through these training programmes, workers are prepared to face future political and organisational challenges with confidence and clarity,” he added.
Bhagat also emphasised the need for dedicated teamwork and ideological clarity among party workers to further strengthen the BJP at the grassroots level.
The two-day workshop included sessions on organisational structure, public outreach, party ideology, social media communication, booth management and effective interaction with the public. Senior party leaders guided workers on strengthening the BJP’s presence at the grassroots level and ensuring effective implementation of party programmes among the masses.
