JAMMU, May 7: The Public Works (Road and Buildings) Department of the Jammu and Kashmir Government has placed 35 Degree and Diploma holder Incharge Assistant Engineers (AEs) of the Mechanical Wing as Incharge Assistant Executive Engineers (AEEs) in their own pay and grade with immediate effect.
